മറിയാമ്മ ജോസഫ് (96) ഫ്ലോറിഡയിലെ ഒർലണ്ടോയിൽ 2017 ഫെബ്രുവരി 24 നു നിര്യാതയായി. 1920 ജൂലൈ 25 ന് കോട്ടയം ജില്ലയിൽ പാലായിലാണ് പരേത ജനിച്ചത്. 1930 ൽ പരേതനായ ഡേവിസ് ജോസഫിനെ വിവാഹം കഴിച്ചു. കഴിഞ്ഞ 37 വർഷമായി മൂത്ത മകൾ ഏലിക്കുട്ടി ചാക്കോയോടൊരുമിച്ചു കാലിഫോർണിയയിൽ താമസിച്ചു വരികയായിരുന്നു.

Mariamma Joseph, 96, died Friday February 24, 2017 at 5:30pm in Orlando, Florida surrounded by her loving family in the comfort of her home.
She was born July 25, 1920 in Palai, Kottayam District and married the late Davis Joseph in 1933. She is survived by her 6 children, Sebastian Joseph in Palai, India, Joseph Joseph in San Francisco, California, Antony Joseph in Elmont, New York, Aleykutty Chacko in Orlando, Florida, Chinamma George in San Mateo, California, Marykutty Michael in New Hyde Park, New York and along with her daughter-in-laws, son-in-laws, nephews, nieces, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She spent the last 37 years of her life with her oldest daughter, Aleykutty Chacko.
The Wake is held on Tuesday February 28th from 5:00 – 9:00 PM at Woodland Memorial Park & Funeral Home. The Funeral service celebrating her life will be held the following day on Wednesday March 1st at 10:00 AM.
